White Wolf Spirits Return Policy

At White Wolf Spirits, we are positive that you will be pleased with your item; but, occasionally a product is not what the customer expected.   We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.  In the event that you wish to return an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your item.  We will gladly refund your purchase price, less the shipping charges.

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days.  Item must be returned in resalable condition. 
    
2. Credit will be issued in the same form of payment that the item was purchased with.  Items paid for with a credit card will be credited back to your credit card account.  Items paid for with PayPal will be credited back to your PayPal account.  Items paid for with check or money order will be issued a refund check.
    
3. Refund is for purchase price less shipping. Shipping charges are not refundable.
